The no-pain, all-gain Patio Guy process

Our process ensures you of a smooth, trouble-free installation, with the fastest estimate-to-build time in the industry. Here’s how it works.

Expect a professional to respond immediately to any concerns or questions you have prior to beginning the estimating process.
Complete the simple “Request Estimate” form on this website to fill us in on  your project’s basic needs and scope. Once you submit the form, you’ll get a  budgetary estimate within one business day.
After you approve the budgetary estimate, your rep will set up an in-  home appointment. From here on, you’ll receive advanced  notifications via text and email of arrival times and project reminders.
During the in-home visit, expect total professionalism and knowledge  from your rep. He’ll help you visualize your patio cover using full-scale  ground-placed templates. You’ll also receive the final estimate during this in-home visit.
Less than one business day after the in-home visit, you’ll get a  complete mark-up and 3D rendering of your finished patio. These  detailed drawings cover all the bases.
Once you sign the contract, our install division takes over, keeping  you apprised of your patio cover’s scheduling. We’ll handle the required city building permits for you as well as Home Owners Associations approvals, so the entire process is hassle-free. Once your install date is scheduled, you’ll receive 24-hour advance notice.

Your install day is the day of fun and excitement. We go over the project one more time to ensure everything’s exactly as planned in the estimate. Most of our patio covers are built in one day.
When the install is complete, we’ll clean up the jobsite until it’s spotless. Then we’ll fill you in on ownership details—from warranties and cleaning to what to expect from your new cover. We don’t request final payment until you’re 100% happy with the whole experience.
